Review thousands of construction documents, drawings, and specifications
Review and synthesize design and constructionhistory
Review design changes, change orders, RFIs, submittals, schedules, meeting minutes, pay applications, correspondence, electronic files, email
Review roles and interaction between owners, developers, design professionals, contractors, inspectors and jurisdictional authorities
Review contracts of design professionals, contractors, subcontractors
Experience with domestic and international codes
Experience with engineering interpretation of contractual terms, applicable codes and regulations, design criteria, contract deliverables, contract breach, and force majeure
Forensic experience covers a wide range of foreign and domestic construction projects involving buildings, wharves, power plants, equipment, piping, control systems, lifelines and infrastructure
